Celebrating the Launch of Mastering Food Innovation

I had an incredible time celebrating the launch of Mastering Food Innovation at Floating Farm Rotterdam with an inspiring group of food innovators, entrepreneurs and investors. Sharing my journey and the insights behind the book reminded me how important connection and collaboration are for creating real impact. It was an honour to hand the first copy to Shawn Harris, who wrote the foreword, and hear his thoughts on commitment and perseverance in food entrepreneurship. I also had a wonderful conversation with Minke van Wingeren, CEO of Floating Farm, about the joys and challenges of urban food innovation. Watching guests connect, exchange ideas, and spark collaborations was a true highlight: serendipity at work! Thank you to everyone who joined this special day and helped bring the food innovation community together!
