Returns
– You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Non-returnable items: calendars and downloadable products
– Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
– Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
– To start a return, simply email us at info@startafoodstory.com and we will guide you through the process.

Exchanges
If you would like a replacement, we would be happy to arrange it. Just let us know your preference when you contact us.

Refunds
– Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund promptly to your original payment method.
– Please allow a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
